Meet Mary Ann Wilson
Mary Ann Wilson is the Broker/Owner of NextHome Triangle Properties and a dedicated leader, coach, and mentor for real estate professionals. With a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, she brings a strategic, practical, and data-driven approach to helping agents build stronger relationship based businesses.
Mary Ann serves on the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and is actively involved with NextHome at the national level, including past service as Franchise Advisory Committee Chair for Education and Marketing and current service on the Events Committee. She is a Workman Certified Coach, speaker, and industry leader who helps agents understand market shifts, sharpen their skills, and navigate changes in the real estate profession.
Her leadership is focused on helping agents grow through education, collaboration, accountability, and real-world coaching. At NextHome Triangle Properties, Mary Ann is committed to creating an environment where experienced agents are supported, challenged, and equipped to serve clients at a higher level while building sustainable, successful careers.
Our Managing Broker
Meet Marcella Simmons
Marcella has served as Managing Broker for NextHome Triangle Properties since 2018, providing steady leadership, practical guidance, and strong support for the agents in our office. She is committed to helping agents navigate an evolving real estate industry with confidence, professionalism, and a clear understanding of current policies and best practices.
Her involvement with the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® and service on committees and councils, including the Top Producer Council, Communication Committee, and REALTOR® Giving Network, help keep our office connected to local and national industry conversations.
Supporting agents is one of Marcella’s highest priorities. She makes herself available to talk through client strategies, complex transactions, contract questions, and real-world challenges that come up in the field. With credentials including ABR, CLHMS, and AHWD, along with a B.A. in English and Technical Writing from North Carolina State University, Marcella brings both expertise and clear communication to her role as a trusted resource for our agents.
